How do I request a count?

1. When you know the types of leads you are wanting to mail out, you will then inform us of the counties or zip codes you're wanting leads and/or lists for, by emailing katecooperpii@gmail.com or by calling 1-855-863-0306 and we will run the counts for you. The names in the areas you choose will be checked to omit any names mailed within the past 90 days. This will prevent any mailings that you may purchase from being re-mailed to the same households during that time frame.

2. We will then run counts to find out how many names come back for those areas, for either mailers to be sent to and/or for a list, if that's what you are requesting at the time. We will remit the counts back to you, where upon you will know the quantity available to you to order.

3. Place your order. Either call in your order, fax the order form located on our website, or email it, whichever is most convenient. Payment is required up front by check, money order or credit card.

4. Your order is processed and the mailers are then sent out, and/or the list is mailed to you, depending on which you are requesting. Whatever amount of leads that come back are yours and are forwarded to you each week.
 

Will the response mailers be emailed or mailed to me? How will I receive them?

As GimmeLeads, LLC receives the returned mailers, we will scan each card and email to you as soon as we receive them. We will then do a mailing of the actual cards to you once a week.
